About Dash Bio

Our Mission:

Dash accelerates drug development. By fusing advanced automation-native lab workflows and integrated software into a unified platform, we provide the biopharma industry with the high-velocity, high-quality, data-driven development solutions required to get life-saving therapies to patients faster. Dash seeks to continuously improve industry KPIs and materially reduce the time and cost to bring a drug to market.

Company Summary:

We are building the infrastructure for modern drug development. We are moving beyond the manual, fragmented processes of traditional service providers by taking a technology-first approach to bioanalysis. Our platform is tech-enabled, automated, and GLP-compliant with the goal to industrialize the scientific workflows that act as bottlenecks in the industry. We deliver next-generation preclinical and clinical bioanalysis results with unprecedented speed and precision.

We are a team of builders operating at the intersection of biology, hardware, and code. This is an environment for scientists and engineers who are tired of the status quo and are ready to apply their skills to solve hard problems at scale. We don't just run assays, we architect the systems that will define the future of drug development.

We are a place where employees are stretched to do the best work of their career. We are looking for engineers, scientists, and biotechnicians who want to make an impact on the world and leverage their skills in an innovative way.

About the job

Role Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team on-site in Waltham, MA. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who ships consistently, uses AI tools to produce more with less, and keeps every channel current and accurate. You will run day to day marketing execution across three areas: website content, social media, and event support. You report to the COO and work closely with Sales.

Dash sells automated bioanalysis to drug developers. We replace the legacy CRO model with standardized, software and robotics driven assays priced as fixed outcomes rather than billable hours. Your job is to make that difference visible every week, on the site, on LinkedIn, and at the events where our customers show up. Transparency is the brand, so everything you publish must track what the lab can actually deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Content: Keep dash.bio current and conversion focused. Write and update service pages, assay capability explainers, case studies, and blog posts using AI tools for drafting and iteration, with scientific review from the lab team before anything publishes. Maintain the pricing page and quote builder copy so they stay accurate as the assay menu and prices change. Track page performance and propose changes based on what drives quote builder completions and inbound.
  • Social Media: Own the Dash LinkedIn presence end to end: calendar, drafting, design, scheduling, engagement, and reporting. Produce a steady cadence of posts that lead with specifics, turnaround times, prices, assay menus, customer wins, and lab progress. Repurpose long form content into short form. Monitor comments and inbound messages and route qualified conversations to Sales the same day.
  • Events Support: Run everything around a conference except attending it. Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, signage, and print collateral. Produce pre event outreach, the on site content kit, and post event follow up sequences. Capture and organize badge scans and leads for Sales, and report on cost and conversations per event so we know which shows to repeat.
  • Content Operations: Maintain the content calendar, asset library, brand files, and a running log of approved claims and proof points so nothing published drifts past what the lab can deliver.
  • Feeding Sales: Anything that generates a conversation, a comment, a badge scan, a website form, gets to the right Account Executive fast and cleanly. Relay what you see in comments, inbound, and event conversations back to leadership so it shapes messaging and positioning.
  • Measurement: Report monthly on LinkedIn cadence and engagement, website updates shipped, quote builder completions, inbound volume, and cost per conversation by event. Show which content contributed to pipeline.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, content, or communications, ideally in life sciences or B2B technical products. We would consider a strong writer from an adjacent field who is curious about the science.
  • Writing: Strong writer who can turn a scientist's notes into clear copy. Plainspoken, confident, evidence led. You lead with numbers, prices, and timelines rather than adjectives.
  • AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI writing and design tools daily for drafting, variants, and repurposing, and disciplined about getting technical claims reviewed before they go live.
  • Tools: Working knowledge of a website CMS, LinkedIn scheduling and analytics, and basic web analytics. HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Operational Discipline: Organized enough to run event logistics and a content calendar at the same time. You ship weekly and never let a page or post go stale because of a missed update.
  • Scientific Curiosity: Willing to learn what an assay actually is, why GLP compliance matters, and how our customers make decisions. Prior exposure to a lab, CRO, or biotech is a plus but not required.

For job postings, you use: In accordance with Massachusetts pay transparency requirements, the base salary range for this role is $55,000 – $85,000. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, skills, scope, responsibilities, and internal equity.
